Why Fresh Roasted Coffee
Most of the coffee available today is roasted by large companies prioritizing quantity over quality. Green coffee beans are imported and then roasted in large mass-produced batches, which are on storage shelves for months and lose flavor quickly. The loss of flavor is measured in days, not weeks.
"How old is your coffee?" I am sure your order from us will be the freshest roasted coffee. We only use green coffee beans that are grown in ideal climates and altitudes. These conditions result in a longer, slower growth cycle, yielding green coffee beans that are much denser and more intensely flavorful than the mass-produced coffee. The difference is truly remarkable. To ensure that everyone experiences the specialty coffee taste, we offer you the opportunity to taste the freshness for yourself. We will not roast your coffee until it is ordered and promptly ship it to you. At Antler Coffee Roaster, we are passionate about our coffee.
